Privacy Policy
How RefPrompt handles your information.
This policy explains what information RefPrompt collects, why it is used, how it is stored and shared, and the choices available to you. Effective date: June 10, 2026.
Information we collect
If you sign in with Google, RefPrompt may receive your Google account identifier, name, email address and profile image, depending on the permissions you approve; it does not receive your Google password. Images you submit are sent to the backend for processing, along with the prompts, instructions, settings and generated output for your requests. RefPrompt also stores request history and information used to manage product limits, and receives basic technical and analytics information about your browser, device and interactions.
How information is used
Collected information is used to authenticate users and maintain accounts, process submitted images and generate prompt output, save and display request history, apply product limits and prevent abuse, operate, troubleshoot, secure and improve RefPrompt, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations.
Sharing, retention and your choices
RefPrompt does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers (Google sign-in, hosting, databases, analytics, image or prompt processing), for legal and safety reasons, or as part of a business change. Personal information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here. Depending on your location you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal information; to exercise them, contact support@refprompt.app.
