What to include
For a bug or an unexpected result, tell us the reference you used (image or short video), the tool you selected, the prompt output you received and what you expected instead. For a privacy or data-deletion request, send it from the email address on your RefPrompt account so we can verify the request before acting on it.

RefPrompt Labs is a small team, so expect a reply within a few business days. Security reports are triaged first: put "security" in the subject line and please hold public disclosure until the issue is resolved.
